Coverage begins immediately upon acceptance into the plan and is valid through Groff Tractor & Equipment.
All repair work will be performed by Groff Tractor & Equipment or your nearest authorized OEM dealer, ensuring the use of genuine OEM parts installed by OEM trained technicians.
When a failure occurs, contact Groff Tractor & Equipment or your nearest OEM dealer and we will work directly with the program administrator to reimburse the cost of the covered repair.
Add your extended warranty to your financing when you purchase any eligible equipment. You can purchase your extended warranty any time during the warranty period at standard new equipment rates.
Used equipment that is less than seven years old and has less than 7,000 hours at the time of registration can usually be covered. An oil test for equipment with over 3,000 hours determines final eligibility. Most brands are eligible for coverage.
